Recovering Well

Yolanda's mom and I went to visit her this morning.  She is still in the PACU recovery.  She was awake, alert and asking questions which is a great sign.  Praise God!  Yolanda reports that while in pain from the surgery, she has no pain in her back for the first time in awhile.  It was music to my ears!  I was only able to stay 10 minutes, but I left there with a BIG smile on my face.

They estimate that she will be transferred to either the ICU or a permanent room sometime later this afternoon.  As soon as I know, I will post the information.  At this point I am sure she will not prepared or capable of taking on an onslaught of visitors this evening or even tomorrow (assuming she is transferred to a room).  The most important thing for her at this point is rest.  I will let you know when she can possibly have regular visitation.

Be blessed!

  7. What a caterpillar calla the end of the world, the MASTER calla the BUTTERFLY!--richard bach

    These words written likely without a second thought have come define the meaning of a beautiful being named Yolanda! You aré the the butterfly... A positive, caring,compassionate person who despite your situation, you start out your day without a prayer for others first instead of yourself! Mother Teresa was known to do something similar! It is asid that if once Asks her to beseech our Father in our name for relief that it will be heard. If so, then I beseech to Mother Teresa that she pray on our behalf to our Father that it be His will that He remove any and all signa of cancerous cell activity and that Yolanda be Raised up to Our Father and Is shinimg Grace surround her without all the pure Healing Love and Security that she needs to Heal properly and promptly enter a remission so that she may rehabilitate and be relieves of her physical pain, This we ask of you in Jesus name ,Amen

    2 But to you who fear My name
    The Sun of Righteousness shall arise
    With healing in His wings;
    And you shall go out
    And grow fat like stall-fed calves.

  9. In these couple of weeks following your journey has strengthen my Christianity. You have prevailed how God has a purpose beyond our understanding but to trust in him. You have totally surrendered your life to God not allowing yourself to be AFRAID but TO TRUST AN UNKNOWN FUTURE TO A KNOWN GOD. Even what may appear to be in our darkest moments, God is present. To refute God's existence is to refute being alive in His creation and it is apparent the blood of God is running through your vessels. The mystery of life and creation is something God cultivated to his perfection and if only if we take a moment to listen we will learn every intricacy involved not only in our life but in everything alive and not alive around us works as one through our Savior. I want you to know I LOVE YOU and I AM PRAYING FOR YOU and YOUR FAMILY.
